Four tacos lined up on a dark slate with a small dish of salsa

Checking today's hours

Wood-fired tacos on tortillas we press every morning.

A small taquería in Wesley Chapel. Corn from the comal, meat from the grill, salsas made in the back.

How we make it

Every tortilla starts as whole corn, cooked and ground here, then pressed to order and finished on the comal.

It takes longer than opening a bag. It's also why the tacos taste like corn, not cardboard, and why the corn ones are naturally gluten-free.

This week on the grill

Every week a twenty-second vertical video goes here and on Instagram, TikTok and the Google profile at the same time: the special, the person making it, the sound of the plancha.

One shoot a month covers four of these.

A taco bar for your next event

Office lunches, birthdays, team parties. We drop off everything hot, with tortillas wrapped and salsas on the side.

Questions

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes. Our corn tortillas are gluten-free, and so are most salsas. Chips share a fryer with flour items, so let us know if you have celiac disease.

How long does a pickup order take?

Usually about 15 minutes. You'll get a text when it's on the pickup shelf.

Can I order for a big group?

For more than 20 tacos, call ahead or use catering so the kitchen can plan for it.

Is there seating?

Twelve seats inside and a few tables on the patio.

What this site does for a restaurant

Each part of this page has one job: turn a hungry person on a phone into an order.

  1. Open or closed is calculated live, so nobody drives over to a locked door.
  2. Pickup orders go straight to the kitchen tablet, without a delivery app taking a cut.
  3. The menu, hours and photos match the Google profile, which is where a lot of people look a restaurant up first.
  4. A short weekly video keeps Instagram, TikTok and Google fresh from one shoot a month.
  5. Catering gets its own section, because one office lunch can equal a week of walk-ins.
